    • Most importantly you will be provided with the SPS take-off detailed for you room by room, unit by unit
    • Lastly you can source all materials through us at very attractive prices!
    • All you have to do is fill in your labor costs and submit your bids!
    • Our pre-qualification department can also help you with General Contractors that require pre- qualified sub-contractors.
    • All projects listed on our site will be ones where bids are due within a 30 day period so no time is wasted on projects that are in the planning phase only

    • Our extensive team of researchers work with General Contractors, Architects, Landlords, Developers and Government Agencies to gather comprehensive lists of upcoming

    • We hire experienced and highly qualified architects and engineers who prepare the take-offs for each project. Their estimates are then filtered and double checked through our unique pyramid system.
    • Additionally, we have third-party estimating companies who we hire to audit our work every quarter
    • However, please note that SPS is just another tool which strives to make your life easier. We still recommend that you take a look at all drawings, specs and revisions for the projects you would like to bid on.

    • Our team of material managers work to source all materials from local and international sources such that we can provide materials at a significantly cheaper price than if you were to buy it locally
    • Moreover, we can work with you to create a purchase order and order the materials
    • We can also discuss financing options with you if that should be required
